Erica was our wedding planner and day of coordinator for our wedding in May 2021 at Highland Brewing in Asheville, NC. Words cannot even begin to describe how grateful we are to have had Erica in our corner—both throughout the wedding planning process and on our big day. When searching for someone to help us plan our destination wedding, I knew immediately after speaking with Erica that I wanted to work with her—from our first convo I could tell she was responsive, organized, and just a genuine and down to earth person. Already planning a destination wedding from over 1,000 miles away, and throwing in the added uncertainty of COVID, Erica was definitely an anchor for us in this crazy COVID storm; her attention to detail and follow through just blew me away. As someone who has an incredibly difficult time making decisions, Erica was incredibly patient, kind, and provided an impressive level of structure and organization to keep things on track. I always felt better after talking to her during or planning sessions and she remained committed throughout the process to making our dream wedding happen—even if it meant getting creative (like moving the entire post-reception party to the venue rooftop so we could accommodate dancing!) The day of itself couldn't have gone better. From vendor setup to decor, coordinating the wedding parties and everything in-between, Erica had it all handled. I never had to lift a finger, and was able to be fully present and enjoy the moment without having to worry about anything. (She even had a plate of food waiting for us at the reception so we would remember to eat!) She was also INCREDIBLY patient with my wedding party, who at times were like herding cats! In all it was an amazing experience, and I know our wedding day would not have run nearly as smoothly—nor would the decor have looked nearly as AMAZING—without her running the show. If you are in the market for a wedding planner and / or day of coordinator, I cannot recommend Erica enough. Her professional expertise paired with her shining personality and passion for making her clients’ vision a reality simply cannot be beat!
